Pakistani DID
City numbers your customers trust
A DID is just an ordinary phone number (a Karachi 021 number, say) that lives in the cloud rather than in a SIM or a landline socket. Your customer sees a city code they recognise, so they pick up. You answer from wherever you happen to be.
Local identity
Take a local number (051 today, more city codes next) and customers in that city see a local business calling, rather than an unknown mobile number they'd let ring out.
The number belongs to the company
The number sits with your company, not on one employee's SIM. Staff will come and go. The number stays with you, and so does every customer who saved it.
Rings anywhere
Your Karachi number can ring the app on a phone in Lahore, Islamabad, or wherever your team is sitting today. The city code is for the customer's benefit. You do the work from anywhere.

A PBX is the same "exchange" the big companies use: the system that greets a caller, offers them a menu and puts them through to the right person. Ours runs in the cloud, so there's no box on the wall, no wiring, and nobody needs to come out and install anything. You can be live within a day.
