Inbound and outbound with local caller ID, provisioned through a licensed operator in 24 to 48 hours, and nothing on grey routes.

  • Works with Retell, Vapi, Bland and custom SIP

Why voipcom

Your agent is ready. Now it needs a number people in Pakistan will actually pick up.

Without a local DID

  • The agent calls from a foreign or masked number, so your Pakistani customers let it ring out
  • Retell, Vapi and Bland expect you to bring your own Pakistani number over SIP
  • Grey-route SIP resellers drop calls, get blocked, and vanish without warning
  • There's no inbound path either, because customers won't call back a number they don't recognise
  • No KYC and no CDRs, so nobody is accountable when a route dies in the middle of a campaign

With voipcom

  • Real 021 / 042 / 051 DIDs, so your caller ID looks like a local business
  • SIP credentials you can paste straight into Retell, Vapi, Bland or your own switch
  • Provisioned through a PTA-licensed operator after KYC, with no grey routes
  • Inbound and outbound on the same number, with multiple concurrent channels
  • CDRs, webhooks and optional recording, billed monthly in PKR

Included

Everything between your agent and the Pakistani phone network.

We set it all up with you on the scoping call: SIP settings, channel count and webhooks matched to your stack.

  • Pakistani DIDs: Islamabad/Rawalpindi 051 today, then Karachi 021, Lahore 042, Faisalabad 041, Multan 061 and more
  • SIP credentials: host, username and password, ready to paste into your platform's SIP trunk settings
  • Inbound + outbound on the same number, with your DID as caller ID on every outbound call
  • Codecs: G.711 (PCMA/PCMU) and Opus, negotiated per call
  • DTMF over RFC 2833 so your agent hears key presses and can work its way through IVRs
  • Multiple concurrent channels per number, sized to your peak simultaneous calls
  • CDRs and webhooks, with call events and durations pushed to your stack
  • Optional call recording on inbound and outbound legs
  • KYC through a licensed operator: business registration plus ID, and no grey routes
  • Platform support for Retell, Vapi, Bland, Twilio-style SIP trunking and custom Asterisk / FreeSWITCH
  • Volume pricing for 10+ numbers, quoted per number per month plus usage
  • Test call before go-live in both directions, with an engineer on the line

Built for

The teams that usually come to us for this.

AI agencies

You deploy agents for Pakistani clients, and each client needs a local number. One trunk, as many DIDs as you need, volume pricing from 10 numbers up, and a KYC checklist you can forward to the client as it is.

SaaS with Pakistani customers

Give your product a voice channel in Pakistan: verification calls, reminders, support lines, all on numbers your users recognise (051 is live today, with more area codes launching). CDRs flow straight into your own dashboard.

Call centers adding AI

Put an AI agent on overflow and after-hours calls without touching your dialer. Same Pakistani DIDs, SIP into Retell or your own Asterisk, and a hand-off to a human agent whenever the caller needs one.

How it works

From request to first test call.

Request numbers + use case

Tell us the platform, the cities, how many numbers you need and what the agent will be doing, whether that's inbound, outbound or both. You'll have a per-number quote and the KYC checklist the same day.

KYC + provisioning

Send us your business registration and ID. We file with a PTA-licensed operator and your numbers are provisioned in 24 to 48 hours. No grey routes, and a paper trail behind every DID.

SIP credentials + test call

You get your SIP credentials and a config note for Retell, Vapi, Bland or your own switch. We make a test call in both directions with you on the line, and then you scale up.

Pricing

Per number, per month. Plus the minutes you use.

Pakistani DIDs are billed per number per month plus per-minute usage, all in PKR. The exact rate depends on which cities you want, how many channels you need and your volume, so we quote it after the scoping call.

FAQ

What developers usually ask us.

Does this work with Retell, Vapi or Bland?

Yes. All three let you bring your own SIP trunk. We send you the SIP credentials and the settings for whichever platform you use. Calls to your Pakistani number reach your agent, and calls the agent makes go out with your number as the caller ID. If you run your own Asterisk or FreeSWITCH, it connects the same way.

Will outbound calls show my Pakistani number as the caller ID?

Yes. Outbound calls go through a licensed operator with your own DID as the caller ID, so a customer in Islamabad sees a 051 number rather than a foreign or masked one. You can only set the caller ID to numbers on your own account.

What KYC documents do I need for a Pakistani DID?

Your business registration documents and the CNIC or passport of the person authorised to sign. Numbers are provisioned through a PTA-licensed operator once KYC is done, usually within 24 to 48 hours. We send you the exact checklist when you request numbers.

How many concurrent calls can one number handle?

More than one. Every DID comes with multiple concurrent channels, and we size the channel count to your campaign. Tell us how many calls you expect at peak and we'll quote for that.

Where is the SIP edge, and what latency should I expect?

Calls come off a Pakistan-facing SIP edge, so the media path to your Pakistani customers stays short. Actual latency and jitter depend on where your agent platform is hosted. We'll share measurements if you ask, and we run a test call with you before go-live.

Tell us the platform and the cities. We'll quote per number today.

You'll get a per-number PKR quote, the KYC checklist and a test-call slot, all on the same day, with no commitment.
