Is there a setup fee?
Not on annual billing. On monthly billing there's a small one-time setup fee. We confirm the amount on your demo call, before you pay anything.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. You can cancel a monthly plan whenever you like, and it simply ends at the close of your current month. Annual billing gets you a better rate and no setup fee, but that's your choice to make.
What about call rates?
Your plan covers the system. Local call minutes are billed at cost, based on what you use. We'll walk you through the full rate sheet on the demo, and everything is billed in PKR, so there's no dollar conversion to think about.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you need to. The change kicks in from your next billing cycle, so you never pay twice for the same month.
Can I add extra extensions?
Anytime. Extensions are added per person as your team grows. Someone joins in the morning and their line is working by the afternoon, without a new SIM or any new wiring.
