Which stores work with the COD confirmation calls?
Shopify and WooCommerce plug in directly. Any other store or order panel connects through our API. If a new order can reach us, we can call it, and a cancelled order never goes to the courier.
Does the AI voice agent speak Urdu?
Yes. We set agents up in Urdu, English or both. We record your greetings and write the script with you, and nothing goes live until you've approved it.
What happens if a customer wants to talk to a human?
The agent passes the call to your team as soon as the caller asks, or when it runs into a question its script doesn't cover. Outside your hours it takes a message and logs it to your CRM, so someone on your team can call back in the morning.
