Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Everything runs in the cloud, and your team answers from a mobile or desktop app. IP desk phones are optional, if you want one on reception.
How fast can we go live?
Most businesses are live within one working day. We provision the number, record the IVR and add your extensions. A larger call center takes a few days more, because agents and campaigns need setting up.
Is this legal in Pakistan?
Yes. Public voice and city numbers in Pakistan come through PTA-licensed operators. voipcom works with those licensed operators and is a Pakistan-registered company. There is nothing grey or offshore about it.
How is it billed?
Monthly, in PKR, from a Pakistani company. You will not get a dollar invoice or a surprise conversion, and you can cancel a monthly plan whenever you like.
